Another sunny day in Scotland with a little bit of cloud here and there so time to do some cycling again. This time I did my Loch Leven loop, still a little tired from yesterdays ride so not quite as fast as before but at 16.9 mph that was fine by me
Another glorious day in Scotland, looks like we might actually get a sunny summer Anyway time to do some more cycling, did a loop around Kirkcaldy and then a mini loop around Cowdenbeath. Clocked up an avg speed of 18 mph which is a good speed given the hilly nature of the loops The last time I got anywhere near that speed was about 2 to 3 years ago.
