So whilst down in Birmingham visiting my sister I did a little cycling basically a straight shot north and back again. Nice little ride once you get out of Birmingham and up to Cannock Chase where you get into the country side and up into he trails. Loads of mountain bikes up there so I stopped for some lunch before I headed back.
