Well winter is back 🥶 although the forecast was for a dry, no wind day, there was frost on the car this morning, so I took the precaution to wrap up and glad I did. It was slightly overcast to start with but that cleared up soon and the sun was out with 18 of us on the bun run this morning. We split into 2 groups and headed for the cafe stop. I had the usual OJ and scrambled egg roll before we headed back home again, doing a similar route as last week but with a slight change in the route by skipping out Wellwood and going throw Townhill instead. So all in all I did my usual 50 miles at an avg speed of 16 mph, no extra today or tomorrow as I want to recover a bit more this week.
